This week so far:
Monday: traveling home from P2.
Had breakfast at the hotel (first time since I got there and it was quite good)
Nothing much to report about the flight, train or busjourney home.
Got home. The cats missed me :)
And didn't do much the rest of the evening.
Tuesday: didn't do much today either. Some shopping (food) and laundry
and much catching up on fanfic reading. (staying up to read way too late)
I checked what time I should be at work tomorrow (I probably should have checked earlier) and found my shifts starts at 8.15, which leaves me about 3 hours of sleep.
Wednesday: Got to work in time, and was asked by one of my collegues what I was doing there so early. Appearantly she switched her shift with me and I didn't have to be in untill 10.30.
Darn. There is no point in going back home and because there are some sick people and can't leave early either. There is a weather alarm for tomorrow. There will be snow.
Thursday: It is official, the world has ended. It's snowing. I'm quite sure it has snowed before in this country and much worse then this, but the people at the news have decided this is the most important thing ever since they've dedicated about half of eacht news bulletin to this. We've had at least 3 crosstalks in every bulletin (including one from London, where the reporter informs us it snows there too) Normaly there is one news bulletin every hour, but by 16.00 they decided the situation is so extreme (2 inches of snow and it's already melting in the south of the country. How will we cope?) that an extra bulletin is needed at 16.30 (they cancelled a rerun of a soap for this) and one at 17.30 (they cancelled Sesame Street for that one).
Friday: Not much happened today. I tried to make Malteser Cake and it failed spectacularly. :(
When I got home from work and checked my mail I got my first review of my cube story :) *bounces* I should probably start writing the next chapter soon, and the ones for my other stories.
